REGULATORY EXPERTISE

MANAGED CARE AND NETWORK KNOWLEDGE

Bob is now sharing his knowledge, experience and insight into skilled nursing facilities and post acute care.  He has assembled a team of highly experienced LNFA Consultants, RN Consultants, MDS Consultants and AR Consultants to advise post acute providers and payors on how to achieve their highest potential both clinically and financially.

Bob established many best practices when managed care began utilizing SNF's in the late 90's and continued to pioneer efficient care management and billing procedures with today's complex networks.   His intimate and extensive knowledge of the daily operations of skilled nursing facilities brings a unique insider's perspective to managed care payors who are trying to develop their networks, as well as payors and providers  who are preparing for the next phase of healthcare as an ACO.  Clearing understanding the existing Quality Measures and care metrics used by SNF's, Bob is able to support the payors and providers in measuring the quality of care of those SNF's in a network.
